Delete your Studey account

Request permanent deletion of your Studey account and the learning information connected to it.

Before you continue

  • Deleting an account is permanent. It removes saved materials, generated study content, and account-linked progress.
  • Deleting your Studey account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store first to avoid future renewal.
  • We will email a verification code. Your account is not deleted until you enter that code and confirm the final step.

What happens to your data

After email verification, Studey deletes your account, profile, uploaded materials and extracted content, saved chats and generated study content, and account-linked learning activity and progress. A matching waitlist entry is also removed.

App stores manage their own purchase records. Provider backups and security logs may remain for limited periods under their retention schedules. See the Privacy Policy for our providers and more detail.
